Shipping & Return

An order charges 3.95 euros in shipping costs by default, provided living in the Netherlands.

If you live in Belgium, we will charge 5.95 euros in shipping costs by default.

By default, we charge 8.95 euros in shipping costs for orders to Germany. Other countries will be charged 12.95 euros (EU) and EUR 19.95 (outside the EU).

All sensitive and credit card information you provide is processed using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts your information before it is sent to us. This protects the information from unauthorized use.

Order received

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that we have received the order. However, this does not mean that the order has been approved by us. Once your payment has been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the item has been turned out to be in stock, your order will be approved and the item sent. Unfortunately, if an ordered item is not in stock due to circumstances, you will receive an e-mail about it.

As a customer, you can always rely on the right of withdrawal and cancel the order before you receive it. The order can only be cancelled if we have not yet shipped the order. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. The order can only be returned.

Orders are delivered within 1-3 business days via GLS. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a track and trace number. With this number you can follow your order and you always know when to expect your order.

Exchange or return
We hope you are satisfied with your article(s). If you do want to return an item, we must receive the return within 14 days, after the day you purchased the item. Unfortunately, exchange is not possible, send your item back and place a new order. We are free to accept items returned outside the above term, whether or not.

For the return, the return costs are for your own account. Return your package with a qualified shipping company that will give you proof of shipping. We only accept returns of items purchased through this website.

We do not accept returns of damaged items, items that have been worn or whose labels have been removed. We advise you to check the order immediately after receipt, before removing the labels and labels. Make sure the items you want to return are well packed. Send these to the following return address:

Watch out!

We do not send a message when you receive your package. You can use the track and trace code on your shipping certificate to keep an eye on your package.

Upon receipt of your package, the return department has 14 days to process your return order. Once your return order has been processed, you will be notified. We will refund the amount of your return order (minus any shipping costs) as soon as possible. Due to the safety restrictions, we cannot reimburse more than the purchase price of the item.
