Can I also order by phone from Quapi Kidswear?
No, unfortunately you should be able to settle in our shop immediately and by calling by phone unfortunately this is not going to work.
How do I find the right size?
Look in our size chart to determine your size. If your purchase does not fit properly, you can return the item. Follow the instructions below return and exchange policy.
How can I order online?
You can shop custom, colour, style or delivery using the shop's menu bar. Click on the image to go to the product details page for specific information. Please note that prices are listed in euros, including 21% VAT. Quapi Kidswear calculates shipping costs for standard shipments and returns on all items.
To place an item in your shopping basket, select the size (if applicable) and click "Add to shopping basket." Click on the shopping basket icon at the top right to see the items in your shopping basket. You can also delete your items there. Round your order. Customers must register and fill in important fields. Select the payment method you want. Read our terms and conditions before placing an order.
Will my personal information be treated confidentially?
Personal information is treated confidentially and is not sold or rented out. To process your online order, we need your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. This information will be shared with a payment partner if necessary to check your order.
If we notice something different or suspicious regarding the order during the regular check,we will contact you by phone or email for your own safety and protection to check the information.
Does Quapi Kidswear guarantee the item/fabric?
We strive to offer the highest quality products. We offer a one-year warranty after the date of purchase, if the product shows a production error. If something is not right with the article, please let us know via the contact page.
